SHIPMENT POLICY

This Shipment Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes how the orders are shipped, when you place orders with Routines & Rituals on our website, i.e. https://routines-and-rituals.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).

 

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy statement.

 

  1. DELIVERY

  1. Delivery Service: We ship across all 50 US States. We use the services of third-party logistic service providers, such as USPS, for shipping all the orders placed by our customers.

  2. Processing and Delivery Time: Although the products are generally dispatched within the 3 to 7 working days, it may sometimes take more time for the orders to dispatch, and delivery time will vary from location to location.

  3. Important Note: The delivery time is subject to change based on industrial or business disruption, shortage of an item, bad weather, transit time of your carrier, destination address, or covid related restrictions etc. Processing and shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons.

  4. Fee: Shipping rates vary from location to location. You will be able to see the shipment fee before checkout.

  5. Free Shipping: Free shipping may be offered for orders of a certain minimum value. You will be able to find this information on the website. Please note, we reserve the right to revise the minimum order value for free shipping at anytime without any prior notice.

  6. No Change: You cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.

 

   2. ORDERS, SHIPMENT, FAILED DELIVERY, AND DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

  1. Not for Commercial Purpose: You cannot buy our products for a commercial purpose, unless allowed by us. No use of our intellectual property may be made without our express written consent.

  2. Assumption of Risk: You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified. We or our delivery partners accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

  3. Failed Delivery: If your package cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided by you for the reasons such as an incorrect shipping address and/or incorrect phone number, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

  4. If you fail to pick-up: If the receiver is absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local center of one of our third-party logistic service providers for pick up.  If you fail to pick up the package from there for any reason, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

  5. Refusal by you/receiver: If you/receiver refuse receipt of your package, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

 

   3. CHECKING THE ORDER STATUS

Tracked shipments is available in limited cases. If available, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to continually check its status. Please allow us up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the period communicated to you in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@routines-and-rituals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

   4. THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS

Whenever you place an order with us, our third-party service providers, namely, [AA1]  (hereinafter referred to as our “Delivery Partner”), ships and delivers the products to your doorsteps in the most convenient and hassle-free manner. For this purpose, we also share certain personally identifiable information (PII) of yours with our Delivery Partner in order to fulfill your order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy statement for more details on this subject.  

 

   5. RESERVATION OF RIGHT

We reserve the right to cancel any order from our end if the product that you ordered runs out of stock, or becomes unavailable for any reason. In such case, we will refund you all the amounts that you’ve paid for such product.

RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy shall be applicable when you make any purchases on https://routines-and-rituals.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”). Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Routines & Rituals. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you may not place orders with us. This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.

 1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

By placing an order with us you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

 2. PRICING DISCLAIMER

We endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Routines & Rituals reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other written communication. Besides this, Routines & Rituals reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price of the concerned product. We may also update the prices of our products, from time to time, at our sole discretion.

 3. RETURN AND REFUND

a) Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer care team via the contact page on our website or at contact@routines-andrituals.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your request, we may require photographic evidence of the damaged item. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer you the option of a reshipment or a refund. Return shipping costs for damaged or defective products will be covered by Routines & Rituals.

b) Incorrect Orders: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product in your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to promptly resolve the issue and arrange for the correct product to be sent to you. Return shipping costs for incorrect orders will be covered by Routines & Rituals.

c) Refunds and Exchanges: While our general policy is no refunds or exchanges for products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are dedicated to addressing exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer care team at contact@routines-andrituals.com if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.

d) Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable and approved, will be processed in the original payment method used for the purchase. Once the refund request is approved, you can expect the refund to be initiated within 7 to 10 working days. We strive to expedite this process and ensure that your funds are returned promptly to the same payment method you used for the transaction.

 4. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Policy in no way restricts your statutory right of any return as per laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you. In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.

 5. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may add to or change or update this Return Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the website after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
