No, bath salts are not inherently dangerous. You may have heard bath salts have negative side effects or are dangerous but those claims are in reference to a different type of baths salts which contain synthetic chemicals that we do not use in our products. Our bath salt blends are intended for skincare/bath soak use only & not intended for human consumption. Warning: Bath salts may not be ideal for those with high blood pressure, circulatory issues, or heart or kidney conditions as a salt soak could lead to a reduced blood pressure and slower heart rate. Please consult your doctor or physician if you have any concern before using a new product.
